Return Policy
We know that you are going to love your Footprints 4 Sam purchase and for that reason we do not have a return policy. Receive, love and enjoy or give to someone else who will love it instead! However, if you really do want to make any returns, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act will apply to any purchases.

Shirt Sizing
Men - We would advise that you order a size up from your normal size – these shirts are slim-cut. (Check yourself in the mirror and be honest before ordering!)
Ladies – your normal size should work well, but these are a slim-fit, so bear this in mind.

Stock
Please be patient since we will only be holding limited stock given that we are a charity and not a retail store. We will deliver as soon as possible. Shirts (if in stock) will be delivered within 2 weeks of ordering, however if not in stock please allow for 6 – 8 weeks.

Shipping
Footprints 4 Sam charges a flat rate shipping cost of R120 per parcel – delivered anywhere within South Africa (door-to-door courier service).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct.
The flat rate shipping fee is based on parcels not exceeding 5kg.
For orders exceeding 5kg or bulk orders, we will contact you to quote you on a custom rate for shipping which will be payable prior to processing your order.
Should you wish to order in bulk, we would recommend that you email us your requirements directly on melissa@footprints4sam.org. Your order will then be processed manually.

Invoicing
On submission of your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the relevant amounts and banking details reflected. This will require you to make a payment with the proof of payment emailed to melissa@footprints4sam.org. On receipt of the payment, and once the payment has cleared and reflects in The Footprints 4 Sam Trust bank account, your order will then be processed and dispatched. On clearance of payment, you will also be emailed an official invoice to match your payment.

Bracelet Colours
There are so many beautiful bracelets to choose from, so they cannot all be pictured. On ordering, please specify your preferred colour and we will do our best to fulfill your request. However, if your preferred colour is not in stock we will contact you and ensure you get one that you will truly love.
